After graduating in 2018, Nimansa has built a strong career in construction education and training. Currently serving as the Head of Academics & Training at Skills Training & Management (Pvt) Ltd in association with Sanken Construction, Nimansa plays a vital role in shaping the next generation of construction professionals.
